Every single piece is handmade to order by our collective of 21 master women artisans. We do not use assembly-line machinery. Each glass seed bead, crystal, and synthetic pearl is individually strung, calibrated for tension, and anchored with reinforced wire or multi-ply thread.
Because pieces are made by hand one at a time, our standard turnaround is 3 to 5 business days for dispatch. Custom orders and bespoke bridal hampers require 7 to 21 business days depending on volume. You will receive real-time tracking updates via SMS and WhatsApp as soon as your parcel is dispatched from our atelier.
